If you would have told me this time last year that I would be posting selfies only wearing jane iredale's tinted moisturizer I would have laughed in your face. After a long journey of trying every spa and dermatologist service and every (I mean EVERY) skin care line and never seeing results I was desperate to try ANYTHING. My last attempt was all natural skin care supplements & adding more nutrients to my diet.
I started taking my supplements with the guidelines of taking 4 a day for 14 weeks. It took 10 weeks until a noticed a difference. After 10 weeks and seeing the changes in my skin I felt better about my appearance. I started working out more which gave me even better skin. Now that I have seen the results I will NEVER go back. I have found the workout routine that I love, daily nutrition supplements and my favorite, skin care supplements. I now take 2 a day and am confident enough to FINALLY share my story.

Above was my skin that I was covering up with layers of makeup everyday. At this point I was starting out and taking 4 Skin Accumax a day along with a probiotic & other nutritional supplements.
Above is a better version of my skin. I was happy at this point and would have been happy with the results I noticed. Little did I know that after the 14 weeks I would see even more of a change.
Above you see there were no more breakouts and more of a glow to my skin. At this point I had upped my workout game (which BTW I believe helped my skin just as much as the nutrition supplements and skin care supplements) so my face was also a little thinner. I also lowered my Skin Accumax intake to 2 a day, vs the 4 I needed for the recommended reset period.
Now I am in a place of being so in love with my skin that I wear little to NO makeup. When I do, it is a fresh selfie like today... wearing ONLY jane iredale Dream Tint. On June 6th I added 1 Skin Omega to my skin care supplement routine. I am very oily so I have started out with 1 with hopes of building up to recommended 2.
Did I forget to mention... this has replaced my moisturizer and skin care AKA face care. I know my esthetician friends will kill me for saying this but I have cut out ALL skin care to experience what supplements, exercise and nutrition can do for my skin. I currently only use cleanser (AM/PM) & (PM) retinol.
